Privacy Policy
SelectiveMock is operated by Flexigalaxy (ABN 53 669 847 821), Melbourne, Victoria. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Who has an account
Only parents or guardians aged 18 or over can create an account. Children use SelectiveMock through a parent's account.
What we collect
- Parent: email address, and payment records from Stripe (we never see or store card numbers).
- Child: first name and year level only. We do not ask for surnames, schools, photos, birthdays or addresses.
- Exam activity: answers, writing responses, scores and times.
How we use it
To run exams, mark them, show progress, send sign-in links and receipts, and improve our questions. We do not sell data and do not show advertising.
Writing feedback
For Season Pass holders, written responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to produce feedback. No names or email addresses are sent with them. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
Where data is stored
Account and exam data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe. AI feedback is processed by Anthropic, which may process data outside Australia.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, including a child's, at any time by emailing hello@selectivemock.com. Deleting your account removes your children's data too.
