If the Season Pass isn't right for your family, email hello@selectivemock.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Problems with the service

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy if the service has a major problem, at any time. Contact us and we will fix it, or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Access to paid exams ends when the refund is made.
